BENEFITS OF BUYING A SERVICED APARTMENT IN LAS LOMAS:
This holiday apartment is managed by La Manga Club, which facilitates a five star hotel service to its guests, offering absolute peace of mind to owners. As the owner, you are entitled to spend 20 nights a year at the property, limited to not more than 6 nights per month and not during the weeks considered peak season (referred to as “black out dates”). The remaining nights being reserved to hotel and rental guests produced by La Manga Club.

La Manga Club is responsible for costs related to services, community fees, and apartment and furniture upkeep, as well as taxes and insurances that correspond to the complex. Owners are responsible only for apartment renovations and individualized taxes, such as the IBI tax (annual real estate tax).
